Descriptif du poste

We are looking for an HR Director for an International Group based in Monaco!

ROLE

You will be permanently based in our Monaco office and leading the HR team consisting of 8 members spread across the globe. Your main responsibilities will include:
 Create and implement Functional HR Strategy across multiple teams and business units,
 Ensures that HR initiatives are aligned with organizational strategy,
 Acts as a strategic partner to COO and Senior Leadership Team on HR and organizational development matters,
 Ensuring all the Group’s employment requirements are met,
 Supervising contracts drafting on a global level,
 Manages practices, and policies, to ensure cross-cultural harmony and organizational success,
 Be part of all HR top management decisions.

Profil recherché

REQUIREMENTS

 Master’s degree in HR, Law, Management,
 Experience in senior roles: 7-10 years’ experience in HR Management or HR Head position,
 Experience in leading the team of direct reports,
 Bilingual English is mandatory, French is a plus,
 Knowledge of Monegasque Employment Law and/or English Employment Law is highly recommended,
 Experience of working in an international environment.

- Travels are required on a yearly bases in some of the Group’s offices located worldwide.
